Foger Vape stands behind every product sold on fogervape.com. This Refund & Returns Policy covers the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, 1-year manufacturing defect warranty, and step-by-step instructions for requesting a return or replacement.

1. Foger Vape Return Policy at a Glance

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers who are not fully satisfied with a Foger Vape purchase may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition (no damage to packaging or labels)
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
⚠️ Not eligible for return under the satisfaction guarantee: Opened or used devices, pods with broken seals, clearance or final-sale items, and membership subscriptions.

Approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. 1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

All Foger Vape products purchased from fogervape.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Battery failure — Device does not charge or hold a charge under normal use
  • Coil / heating element defect — Burnt taste immediately on a new pod, no vapor production
  • Pod leaking — E-liquid leaks from a factory-sealed pod (not caused by physical damage or misuse)
  • OLED screen malfunction — Display does not function or shows incorrect readings
  • Airflow sensor failure — Device does not activate on draw, or auto-fires
⚠️ Not covered by warranty: Normal wear and tear, physical damage (drops, water exposure), flavor preference, depleted pods (e-liquid used up), and damage caused by use with non-Foger accessories. Foger Vape uses a closed pod system — damage from attempting to refill or modify pods voids the warranty.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If an order arrives damaged during shipping or contains the wrong product:

  • Contact Foger Vape support within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging (or the incorrect item received)
  • Include the order number

Foger Vape will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — customer's choice. Return shipping for damaged/wrong items is covered by Foger Vape.

5. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact support — Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us page. Include the order number, product name, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide evidence — For defective or damaged items, attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
  3. Receive instructions — The Foger Vape support team will respond within 1 business day with next steps (return shipping label, replacement confirmation, or refund approval).
  4. Ship the item back (if applicable) — Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label. Foger Vape covers return shipping for defective and damaged items.
  5. Refund or replacement processed — Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Replacements ship within 24 hours from the Dallas, TX warehouse.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Since most orders ship within 24 hours from the Dallas warehouse, contact [email protected] as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies after delivery.

8. Exchanges

Fogervape.com does not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different product or flavor:

  1. Request a return following the process in Section 5
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on fogervape.com
