4. Delivery Estimates by Region

All orders ship from the Dallas, TX warehouse via USPS Priority Mail or regional carriers. Estimated delivery times after the order ships:

5. Order Tracking

Every Foger Vape order includes tracking. Here is how it works:

  • Tracking email — Sent automatically once the order ships. Check the inbox and spam/junk folders
  • First scan delay — Tracking links may take up to 24 hours after shipment to show the first carrier scan. This is normal
  • Track online — Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com or the regional carrier's site)
  • No updates after 5 days? — Contact [email protected] with the order number for assistance

6. Age Verification (21+)

Federal and state law require age verification for all nicotine product purchases. Foger Vape uses an automated age verification system at checkout:

  • Most customers are verified automatically using the name, address, and date of birth provided at checkout
  • If automatic verification fails, the customer will be contacted via email to provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID
  • Orders cannot ship until age verification is completed. Unverified orders may be cancelled after 7 days

7. Shipping Restrictions

Foger Vape currently ships within the United States only. The following restrictions apply:

  • No international shipping — Orders cannot be shipped outside the US at this time
  • P.O. Boxes — Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier. A physical street address is recommended
  • APO/FPO addresses — Military addresses may not be serviceable by all carriers. Contact support before ordering
  • State restrictions — Some US states have restrictions on shipping nicotine products. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to state regulations, the customer will be notified and refunded in full

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged in transit — If a package arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos. Foger Vape will send a replacement or issue a refund. See the full Refund & Returns Policy
  • Lost packages — If tracking shows "delivered" but the package was not received, check with neighbors and the local post office first. Then contact support with the order number. Foger Vape will work with the carrier to investigate
  • Wrong item received — Contact support within 48 hours with a photo of the item received. A correct replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

9. Order Changes & Cancellation

Since most orders ship within 24 hours, changes or cancellations must be requested quickly:

  • Before shipment — Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, it can be modified or cancelled for a full refund
