✅ What is Covered
Our warranty covers different types of defects for disposable devices and pod systems upon arrival (DOA).
- ✅ Device Dead on Arrival (Doesn’t work out of the box).
- ✅ Auto-firing issues (Device activates on its own).
- ✅ Battery charging failure (For rechargeable models).
- ✅ Severe leaking inside sealed packaging.
❌ What is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover Normal Wear and Tear or Physical Damage caused by user error, misuse, or neglect.
- ❌ E-liquid that has been used up (Burnt taste due to empty tank).
- ❌ Physical damage (Drops, dents, cracks).
- ❌ Water damage or exposure to extreme heat.
- ❌ Lost or stolen items.
- ❌ Items purchased from other retailers or unauthorized sellers.

How long is the warranty on your Foger products?
For integrated disposable vapes, we offer a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) warranty which must be claimed within 48 hours of arrival. For rechargeable pod & kits, it will be 30 days from the date of purchase for internal battery defects.
Do I need the box to claim warranty?
Yes. Be sure to scan the QR code on the box to verify the authenticity of your device before claiming a warranty, for only genuine Foger devices are covered.
