FOGER VAPE

Verify Foger Authenticity

Every authentic Foger vape ships with a verification sticker — a unique code under a scratch-off layer plus a QR for instant lookup. Use the form below to verify your Foger Bit 35K, Switch Pro 30K Kit, or replacement pod is genuine before charging or vaping. Counterfeit Foger products are the largest source of "this doesn't taste right" and "device won't charge" support tickets.

Verify Your Foger — Code / QR Lookup

[Verification widget — code input + QR scan upload. Powered by the Foger authenticity database; result returned within 2 seconds.]

Verification typically returns one of three results within 2 seconds:

  • Verified Authentic — your Foger is genuine; batch and lab COA reference shown.
  • Already Used — code has been verified previously (consistent with re-checking your own pod) or used by another lookup attempt.
  • Not Found / Failed — code is invalid; the device or pod is likely counterfeit. Do not use.

If the result is "Not Found / Failed," see section 5 for next steps.

Step 1: Find Your Authenticity Sticker

The sticker is located on:

  • Foger Bit 35K — under the silicone mouthpiece cap, on the cellophane wrap of the device packaging.
  • Foger Switch Pro 30K Kit — on the back of the dock packaging insert and on the cellophane wrap of each pod.
  • Switch Pro 30K replacement pods (single or 5-pack) — on the cellophane wrap of each individual pod.

The sticker is a small silver-foil label with a scratch-off panel covering the unique 16-character verification code.

Step 2: Scratch & Reveal The Code

Use a coin or fingernail to scratch the silver foil panel. The 16-character verification code is printed underneath in dark ink. Each Foger device or pod has a unique code; codes are not reusable across multiple Foger products.

Step 3: Enter Code Or Scan QR

Two paths:

  • Type the 16-character code into the verification widget above and submit.
  • Scan the QR code printed next to the scratch panel using your phone camera. The QR auto-loads the verification page with the code pre-filled.

Verification result returns within 2 seconds. The widget logs the result with a timestamp; if you need to keep proof of verification, screenshot the result page.

What The Verification Result Tells You

A "Verified Authentic" result confirms:

  • The Foger device or pod came through the authorized manufacturing and distribution chain (not a counterfeit replica).
  • The batch number, manufacturing date, and per-flavor COA (for pods) reference the official Foger lab record.
  • The device or pod is covered by Foger's warranty as sold through authorized retailers and the Foger online store.

A "Verified Authentic" result does not confirm:

  • Where you purchased the unit (third-party resellers may sell authentic units, but warranty support is only direct from Foger or authorized retailers).

How To Spot A Fake Foger Vape

Beyond the verification code, four physical checks separate authentic Foger from counterfeit. Use these for a quick visual inspection at point-of-sale or before the QR scan.

Packaging Differences

Authentic Foger packaging:

  • Box surface: matte finish with embossed Foger logo (raised on the surface, not flat-printed).
  • Box weight: feels balanced; no rattle when shaken.
  • Foger logo: pearlescent gradient on the brand name; the "Foger" text shifts color slightly when tilted.
  • FDA disclosure label: detailed ingredient list, warning, and PMTA filing reference printed on a side panel.

Counterfeit packaging:

  • Glossy plastic box (vs matte authentic).
  • Logo is flat-printed (no embossing).
  • Single-color logo with no shift effect.
  • Generic warning label without PMTA reference or ingredient detail.

Hologram & QR Sticker

Authentic Foger sticker:

  • Silver foil hologram base; the Foger logo holographs at angles.
  • Scratch panel is silver-on-silver (panel slightly different shade than base).
  • QR is sharp and high-resolution; scans on any standard phone camera within 1 second.

Counterfeit sticker:

  • Plain printed silver ink (no hologram effect).
  • Scratch panel is opaque white or gray.
  • QR is blurry, low-resolution, or fails to scan.
  • Some counterfeits omit the sticker entirely.

Weight & Build Quality

Authentic Foger Bit 35K weighs 75–80 g; the Switch Pro dock weighs 55–60 g; a Switch Pro pod weighs 18–22 g.

Counterfeit units are typically lighter (50–60 g for a fake Bit 35K) due to lower-density plastic and a smaller battery cell. The weight difference is the easiest single check.

Build quality cues:

  • Authentic OLED screen on the front face; counterfeits often use static printed labels or a low-resolution screen.
  • Authentic USB-C port is recessed and machined-fit; counterfeits have a rough port edge.
  • Authentic airflow slider has smooth resistance; counterfeit sliders are loose or stuck.

OLED Screen / Smell / Taste

Power on the device (peel the mouthpiece cap, take a draw):

  • Authentic OLED reads battery %, e-liquid %, puff count, and mode. All four readings active.
  • Counterfeit screen reads only 1–2 fields, or shows static numbers that don't change between draws.

First-draw smell test:

  • Authentic Foger e-liquid has a clean flavor on the inhale (the specific flavor of the SKU you bought).
  • Counterfeit liquid often has a chemical edge, plastic taste, or off-smell on first draw — sign of incorrect PG/VG ratio or non-food-grade flavor concentrate.

If any of these checks fail, do not continue using the device. Verification result via the QR is the final authority — physical checks are quick filters before the digital verification.

Trusted Foger Sellers — A Verification Checklist

Beyond verifying the unit itself, verify the seller:

  • Direct from Foger online store (this site, fogervape.com) — Always authentic; ships from Dallas, TX warehouse.
  • Authorized retailer listed on the Foger Vape Near Me locator — Foger has direct distribution agreements; inventory is sourced from Foger or authorized US distributors.
  • Authorized convenience / vape chain (limited list) — Major chains with chain-wide Foger agreements; verify the specific store on the locator before assuming it's authorized.

Do NOT buy Foger from:

  • Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress) — Foger does not sell direct on these marketplaces; listings there are third-party resellers, often counterfeit.
  • Independent online stores not listed on the locator — high counterfeit risk; no warranty path.
  • Smoke shops not authorized in the locator — even if they say "we carry Foger," verify with the locator first.

A genuine Foger sold through an unauthorized channel will still verify on the QR (the unit itself is real), but warranty and support are only available through authorized purchase paths.

Authorized US Retailer Statement

Foger Vape (this site) is the authorized US retailer for Foger-brand disposable vapes and Switch Pro 30K replacement pods. Every unit sold through fogervape.com — and through the authorized retailer network listed on the locator — comes from the authorized US distribution channel with the silver-foil authenticity sticker, batch COA, and PMTA reference intact.

The supply chain into this warehouse:

  • Authorized manufacturing — Bit 35K and Switch Pro 30K hardware, e-liquid formulation, and flavor lab operations.
  • Foger Vape USA (this site) — Authorized US retailer for consumer direct distribution and warranty support.
  • Authorized US retail network — Distributors and physical shops listed on the Foger Vape Near Me locator.

What To Do If Your Foger Is Counterfeit

If your verification result is "Not Found / Failed" or physical checks fail:

  1. Do not vape it. Counterfeit e-liquid has unverified PG/VG ratio, non-disclosed flavor concentrates, and possible heavy metal contamination from non-food-grade manufacturing.
  2. If purchased from this site (fogervape.com) — extremely rare; if it occurs, contact Foger support through the contact page for immediate replacement and shipping investigation.
  3. If purchased from an authorized retailer (locator-listed) — return to the retailer with the failed verification screenshot for refund or replacement under their store policy.
  4. If purchased from a marketplace or unauthorized seller — request refund through the marketplace platform ("Item Not as Described" or equivalent). Foger cannot warranty third-party purchases. Block the seller and report the listing as counterfeit on the marketplace.
  5. Optional report — Foger maintains a counterfeit reporting contact for tracking high-volume fake distribution. Forward the seller URL and your verification screenshot to the contact page for brand protection follow-up.
