- Confirm the device is genuine — run the QR authenticity check. Only genuine devices bought from this site or an authorized retailer are covered; marketplace purchases (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress) are not.
- Gather your evidence — have your order number ready and take clear photos of the issue: the box security code, the device, and a shot (or a still frame from a short video) showing the fault — no draw, a blinking light, a leak, or a charging failure.
