Federal and state law require age verification for nicotine product purchases, so every order at Foger Vape goes through a 21+ check before it leaves the warehouse. 2. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal age to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. That applies to the Fogger 0% Nicotine Pods as well: all sales on this site are restricted to adults 21+, whatever the nicotine strength.
3. How the 21+ Check Works
- Place your order as normal. Enter your real name, billing address and date of birth at checkout.
- Automatic verification. For most customers the check completes on its own using those details.
- ID request if needed. If the automatic check can't confirm your age, you'll get an email asking for a photo of a valid government-issued ID.
- Order ships after verification. Once you're verified, the order moves into normal dispatch (one business day from our US warehouse; see the Fogger shipping times).
Orders cannot ship until age verification is completed. If an order is still unverified after 7 days, it may be cancelled.
4. Tips for a Fast Check
- Use the name and address that match your ID.
- Double-check your date of birth before you place the order.
- If you get the ID email, reply with a clear photo of the ID.
